Move forward using coordinated arms and legs
Roll onto the back to rest and breathe
Alternate swimming and floating as needed
Increase distance without panic or fatigue
Reach the wall or exit independently

Our method is gentle, structured, and proven to work for toddlers and young children.
Select a start date that works for your family. Sessions run year-round with limited enrollment.
Your child is paired one-on-one with a certified ISR instructor focused on safety and progress.
Lessons are just 10 minutes per day—ideal for young children's attention spans and learning patterns.
Over time, your child learns to swim, rest, and continue swimming calmly until they reach safety.
The most powerful way to understand ISR is to see the results. Real families, real transformations.

“We absolutely loved our experience with My Baby Swims! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported. My little one had the best time going to swim each day--he would wake up excited, asking when we were heading to the pool!”
